Williams Ace Hardware

While we went to this location specifically to get a Benjamin Moore paint sample, when we got there, that particular paint sample was missing, bummer. Otherwise, a clean well stocked store with LOTS to see. The people were very pleasant and ultimately it was not a BAD experience at all, just bummed not to get the sample.

Ace certainly is the friendly little hardware store. I love it because you drive right up to the door front and when entering, someone is always there to greet you and help you find what you’re shopping for! Today I saw Christmas trees and firewood… All prepped for the holidays! We hope our reviews give you an idea of what it is like to live, work, and play in Wichita Kansas!

Ace Hardware is always a great place to go when you're working on home projects. There's nothing wrong with this particular store, it's just a smaller storefront than some of the others nearby, and they will often be out of stock with some things that the others will have.

Great place to grab miscellaneous items for home repair or general hardware. More expensive than Home Depot, but they're a smaller neighborhood store and they do have the best customer service in town. There's always someone around to help me find what I'm looking for and answer any questions. Very knowledgeable staff.

Spent 45 minutes waiting on a paint mix. We need a gallon of one of their quarts they had on the shelf. Guy made a quart of the wrong color when he literally had the exact number form the quart pulled off of the shelf. First we said we need gallon, if we needed a quart we would have taken the quart that was on the shelf.Guy proceeds to make gallon of the wrong color. Pay attention. Will not be returning to any ACE, when other can do it better quicker and the right way the first time.
